Frequently asked questions

How do I use a multiplication chart?
Find one factor along the top row and the other down the left column. The number where that row and column meet is the product. For example, the cell where row 7 meets column 8 shows 56, so 7 × 8 = 56.
What is the best way to memorize the times tables?
Practice a little every day, focus on one table at a time, and use the patterns — the 2s double, the 5s end in 0 or 5, and the 9s digits add to 9. Fill in a blank chart from memory to check what still needs work.
Is this multiplication chart free to print?
Yes. The chart is completely free to print or download for home and classroom use — no account required.
