Terms of Service

Last updated: June 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyMathKid, the K-8 math learning platform available at www.mymathkid.com (the “Service”), operated by MyMathKid (“MyMathKid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

The Service is intended to be used by adults (parents, guardians, and educators) who are at least 18 years old, on behalf of children. You are responsible for any child profiles you create and for supervising children’s use of the Service. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute worksheets or other content except as expressly permitted;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through scraping, automated abuse, or excessive requests;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
  • upload malicious code or use the Service to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others.

Worksheets are licensed for personal, family, and classroom educational use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Subscriptions & Billing

Much of the Service’s content, including worksheet downloads, is available for free. Premium features (such as answer keys, learning paths, and progress tracking) require a paid subscription.

  • Monthly plan: $9 per month.
  • Annual plan: $69 per year.

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may change prices or plans on a prospective basis; we will notify you of material changes before they take effect, and changes will not affect your current billing period.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, you will retain premium access through the end of your current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers; to request a refund, contact support@mymathkid.com. Except as required by law or expressly stated, payments are otherwise non-refundable.

Content & Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content — including worksheets, lessons, learning paths, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by MyMathKid or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and to download and print worksheets for personal, family, and classroom educational use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Google (optional sign-in), and others. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not control or guarantee their availability. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any educational outcome will be achieved. MyMathKid is an educational resource and is not a substitute for professional instruction or assessment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMathKid and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyMathKid and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law. (Governing law and venue to be finalized.)

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
