A wrong answer or a confusing problem
An answer key or the Practice Online checker marks a right answer wrong, a problem does not match its worksheet’s title, or a figure is hard to read. Worksheets are generated from a fixed seed, so the same page address always shows the same problems — the address lets us see exactly what your child saw.
Include
- The full page address, including any ?seed= number
- The problem number and the answer your child gave
- The answer you expected

Signing in and your account
You cannot sign in, a verification email did not arrive, or a child profile is missing.
Include
- The email address on the account
- Whether you sign in with Google or with an email and password

Billing and your subscription
A charge you do not recognise, a refund request (7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans), or a plan question that Settings does not answer.

- The date and amount of the charge, if it is about a payment

Family sharing and invites
An invited parent or caregiver cannot join your family account. Invite links expire after 7 days, so an old link needs a fresh invite.

- Roughly when you sent it
Send a new invite or change someone’s access from family settings.

Your data and privacy
You want a copy of your family’s data, want it deleted, or have a question about how a child profile is handled. Security reports go to the same address.

- What you would like us to do with the data
Download a copy of your data or delete your account yourself from account settings.

A topic your child needs that you cannot find, a worksheet that is too easy or too hard for its grade, or anything that would make daily practice work better at home.
