Grade 3 Long Division: Division Without Remainders
Practice problems that divide evenly
What You'll Learn
- Confidently solve 2-digit ÷ 1-digit problems
- Check answers using multiplication
- Recognize when division is complete
When a number divides evenly, there is no remainder. For example, 48 ÷ 6 = 8 with no remainder because 6 × 8 = 48 exactly.
💡
Always check your answer by multiplying! If quotient × divisor = dividend, you're correct!
